Treatment Options
Shockwave
Acoustic shockwaves penetrate the tissues to improve fibroblast production, accelerate healing, promote new vasculature, and decrease pain. Often useful for plantar fasciitis and tendinopathy.
Acupuncture
Uses small needles to stimulate blood flow and decrease pain of an injury. Often helpful for tight/spasmed muscles, or for a new injury that isn't healing.
Spinal Manipulation
This is a technique used to treat dysfunctional, stiff and painful joints to help improve mobility and optimize function of the treatment area. It is also known as an adjustment.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Uses myofascial release techniques to work manually through tight muscles and stiff adhesions.
Exercise For Rehabilitation
Progressive overload of tissues to create long lasting adaptation. Improves strength, mobility, and decreases the risk of re-injury.
